About Me
Product designer with 6+ years designing data-driven tools for enterprise, consumer and public-sector products.
My work keeps coming back to one challenge: taking dense, complex information and turning it into interfaces that help real people make better decisions, faster. That has taken me from video analytics dashboards and a crypto exchange to AI market-intelligence platforms, and now to public-sector case management at GovTech Singapore.
In recent years that work has increasingly involved AI — designing how models surface insights, building user trust in AI-generated outputs, and using LLMs and Claude Code directly in prototyping and design tooling.
I do my best work in ambiguous, constraint-heavy environments where solutions are shaped by real-world feedback. I also care about the systems behind the screens: design systems, pattern libraries and templates that help whole teams move faster.
Standardised 70+ system emails at GovTech with a template system and Figma plugin I built.
Designed a vehicle queue system for a major food franchise, reducing drive-thru wait times by 30%.
Designed AI market-intelligence products at Quilt.ai, adopted and publicly credited by Business of Fashion.
